the schedual for 2day:
2 laps around the block (YOU CALL THAT A "WARM UP"?!?!?) then stretching then sucides (MORE RUNNING??????) then mini tennis 2 warm up (again plz define "warm up")
then hitting wit the machine (our group is known as 'the newbies') then 5poiont and serving wit coach barks.
THEN once around teh block again AND THE HILL! i say i should so totally get out of PE for this. i mean come on. thats like a mile. EVERY DAY!
